MAGIC Team Participation at ISBACON 2025 The MAGIC – Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council team actively participated in ISBACON 2025, the 17th Annual Conference of the Indian STEPs and Business Incubators Association (ISBA), held at IIT Guwahati. ISBACON 2025 was attended by more than 300 delegates participants, including incubator leaders, investors, government representatives, policymakers, industry experts, and thought leaders from across the country, creating a powerful platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. A total of 20 sessions were conducted over three days, comprising two fireside chats, five panel discussions, three masterclasses, a formal inaugural session, a keynote address, a valedictory ceremony, and a series of parallel thematic sessions, each designed to address critical aspects of incubation and startup development. The event featured 37 distinguished speakers, including members of the ISBA Advisory Board, who shared insights on emerging technologies, incubation excellence, funding mechanisms, social impact, and strategies for building resilient and future-ready institutions. The event was supported by leading national organisations that play a pivotal role in driving entrepreneurship and research in India. My Skill – My Business | Jafrabad An interactive session on “My Skill – My Business” was held on 16 December 2025 at Kanifnath Maharaj Industrial Training Institute, Jafrabad, aimed at motivating ITI trainees to transform their technical skills into sustainable business opportunities. Mr. Sanyam Kavade, Entrepreneur – Veera Electric, shared practical insights on identifying business ideas from everyday challenges and converting them into viable enterprises, drawing from his own entrepreneurial journey. The session also featured an address by Mr. Devidas Rathod, General Manager – MAGIC, who introduced participants to MAGIC’s incubation support, mentorship, startup facilities, and post-training handholding for aspiring entrepreneurs.
