Ok let’s debunk this once and for all! One of the most common excuses Jew-haters have come up in this round of “Let’s hate the Jews” is that their tax payer money goes to Israel and that’s why there are so many Americans who live in poverty. Their claim is that America gives Israel too much aid. So let’s dissect that. On an average year, America send Israel about $3.8 billion. (More during an existential war) First of all, the vast majority of that money needs to be spent on American products. When I say a vast majority, I mean almost all of it. Second of all, $3.8 billion might sound like a lot, but it’s actually about 0.05% of America’s $7 trillion annual budget. The US sends more money to Ukraine. They give them over $6 billion a year. They also give Jordan almost $2 billion a year. They give hundreds of countries money, but only with Israel is most of that aid spent on American products. Other countries receive humanitarian assistance, economic support, and direct budgetary assistance. For context, Bernie Sanders’ healthcare package would cost America about $4 trillion. Israel is an important democratic ally in the Middle East. Now that we know what America gives Israel, let’s take a look at what Israel gives America. Israel provides the United States with high-value intelligence, battle-tested military technology and operational feedback, a capable regional partner against shared adversaries (especially Iran and its proxies), and significant economic/innovation contributions through trade, R&D, and job-creating companies. Intelligence and Counterterrorism Extensive, real-time intelligence sharing on terrorism, Iran’s nuclear and missile programs, regional threats, and proxies (Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, ISIS). Additional Strategic and Soft-Power Elements Counterproliferation track record (actions against Iraqi and Syrian nuclear efforts) and deterrence against radical actors aligned against U.S. interests. Shared democratic values, political alignment in key forums, and soft-security contributions in public health, sustainability, and information technology that support broader U.S. economic and resilience goals. Military exercises, interoperability, and mutual benefits from real-world experience against advanced threats (including Russian-origin systems), which can improve U.S. doctrine and export competitiveness. So now tell me, who is on the receiving end of this relationship? Hint: It’s not Israel. Also, I’ll remind you, Israel sits in a sea of 50 Muslim countries. The Jewish population in the surrounding Arab world has fallen from 851,000 in 1948 to 4,000 today. Ethnic cleaning much? No, America did not merge their military with Israel’s. There’s no joint army. There’s just an alliance, arms sales, intelligence sharing, and a U.S. Navy that also shoots at the Houthis, because terrorists don’t just call ‘Death to Israel.’ They also say ‘Death to America.’ If America stopped all aid to Israel; Israel would be just fine. If Israel stopped contributing to America, countless Americans would die and millions of others would lose their jobs and livelihoods. Do you realize how small this nation is that you’re obsessed with? There are 15 million Jews in the world. To put that into perspective, there’s 2 billion Muslims and 2.4 billion Christians. So, no, Israel is not the source of all your problems. You know who is? You. You, a child who looks to blame this tiny nation for all your failures in life and instead of working on yourself to become better, you spend your life scapegoating this tiny country, a country by the way, that has enhanced your life significantly. So you want to keep blaming Israel for all your failures in life? Go right ahead but at least have some basic integrity and put down your phone, stop using your computer, don’t use Google, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Nvidia, Meta, the Pill cam, cherry tomatoes, and countless other inventions you use every day that were invented or are associated with your “Evil Zionist entity.” Otherwise, sit down, shut up, and let us continue to change the world.
