Replying to @SenRickScott
@SenRickScott is Captain America and he is not alone. Who said 99 senators all agreed #S386 other than @DickDurbin? The fake immigrant voice @immivoice? Mumbai Senator @SenMikeLee? Rupee sucking lawyer @FrescoLeon? #NoS386 RT

Congress may pass @SenMikeLee's @S386 bill that would create a population of half-immigrants, cut salaries to aid Fortune 500 investors, shift wealth to the coasts & trigger a big fight over the leftover EB green cards. Other than that, how was the play? bit.ly/33Yiclj

Tekgence, an H-1B dependent firm, sends an email out to prospective clients containing a list of H-1B/OPT workers (all from India) available for LEASING. There are literally tens of thousands of these mom-&-pop IT staffing firms in the US who profit off leasing H-1B workers.

It doesn’t matter, low life is low life. Low wage group in H1b won’t magically becomes high wage group in PERM. So we didn’t waste our time on it. But of course, we can bring you the analytical results if you paid for it. 😜

3/3, and it happened that the jobs of these companies who hired more employees of 1) LOWER wages and 2) degrees of UNRANKED universities, are more likely dominated by Indian nationals.

THANK YOU TO @SenatorDurbin for his attempt today to fix a broken #Immigration system and try to increase the # of green cards, protect backlogged immigrants AND work for a compromise. @SenMikeLee voted against his OWN bill, which is why #S386 is dead. dropbox.com/s/8xi6min8e6l7mg…

Want to know what happens to the US if S386 is passed? Listen to Jessica Vaughan on eliminating the per-country caps: Kill S386 FOR GOOD. #NoS386

Just a reminder as to what the Congressional Research Service said about the long term effects of #S386: "S. 386 would not reduce future backlogs compared to current law." The solution is more visas, not rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. crsreports.congress.gov/prod…

4) The total backlog for all three categories would increase from an estimated 915,497 individuals currently to an estimated 2,195,795 individuals by FY2030.

5) These outcomes would occur whether or not S. 386 is enacted, because the bill maintains the current limit on number of green cards issued.
