Tekgence, an H-1B dependent firm, sends an email out to prospective clients containing a list of H-1B/OPT workers (all from India) available for LEASING.
There are literally tens of thousands of these mom-&-pop IT staffing firms in the US who profit off leasing H-1B workers.

Just a reminder as to what the Congressional Research Service said about the long term effects of #S386:
"S. 386 would not reduce future backlogs compared to current law."

According to US Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, there are ~28K foreign MDs. Only less than ~5K are in the major groups of the GC backlog. S386 will push more than 80% of foreign MDs away.
