She is Nisha Kumari Bhagat, a strong voice for Tribal rights in Jharkhand.
She openly opposed religious conversions among Tribal communities in Jharkhand. She supported the demand for the delisting of tribals who had converted.
She also spoke against the influence of missionary activities in tribal areas and raised concerns about the protection of Tribal culture and traditions.
She also raised serious concerns about land grabbing, harassment, the erosion of Tribal culture, and the functioning of the Hemant Soren govt.
On 6th November, she went live on Facebook, expressing her distress and making serious allegations against the system. Hours later, she was found dead at her residence in Ranchi.
Some media outlets have already started calling Nisha Bhagat's death a suicide. This is unacceptable. The media cannot determine the circumstances of her death before a proper investigation.
There must be a thorough investigation to establish the truth.
We need answers. We need accountability. We need justice for Nisha Bhagat.

போதைப்பொருள் புழக்கத்தை ஒழிப்போம் என்று தொடர்ந்து முழக்கமிட்டு வரும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசும், காவல்துறையும், அதே போதைப்பொருளைப் பயன்படுத்தி ஒரு சாதாரண குடிமகனுக்கு எதிராக வெட்கங்கெட்ட நாடகத்தை அரங்கேற்றியதாக குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது மட்டுமல்ல, பொதுமக்களுக்கு எதிராக இழைக்கப்படும் துரோச் செயலாகும். மாற்றுக்கருத்து கொண்டவர்களை ஒடுக்குவதற்காக அரசு இயந்திரமே குற்றங்களைச் செயற்கையாக உருவாக்கும் நிலைக்குத் தரம் தாழ்ந்துவிட்டது என்பதற்கான வெளிப்படையான உதாரணமாகும்.
சிவகங்கை மாவட்டம், திருப்பத்தூருக்கு அருகிலுள்ள திருக்கலாப்பட்டியில், அரசு நடத்தி வரும் மதுக்கடையை (டாஸ்மாக்) அகற்றக் கோரி உள்ளூர் மக்கள் நடத்திய போராட்டங்களுக்குத் தலைமை தாங்கிய மளிகைக் கடை உரிமையாளர் ராஜ்குமார், இந்தச் சம்பவத்தில் குறி வைத்து பழிவாங்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். போராட்டத்திற்கு தலைமை தாங்கிய குற்றத்திற்காக(!), டாஸ்மாக் ஊழியர்கள் முதலில் கஞ்சா மற்றும் புகையிலைப் பொட்டலங்களை ராஜ்குமாரின் கடைப் படிக்கட்டுகளுக்கு அடியில் மறைத்து வைத்துள்ளனர். சில நிமிடங்களுக்குப் பிறகு, காவல் துறை என்று குறிக்கப்பட்ட ஸ்டிக்கர் ஒட்டப்பட்ட வாகனத்தில் வந்த சிலர், தங்களை மதுவிலக்கு அமலாக்கப் பிரிவு காவலர்கள் என்று கூறிக்கொண்டு, அங்கு மறைத்து வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பொட்டலங்களைக் ‘கண்டெடுத்ததாக’ நாடகமாடி, அவரை மிரட்டியுள்ளனர். பாதிக்கப்பட்டவரின் புகாரின்படியும், ஊடகங்களில் வெளியான சிசிடிவி (CCTV) காட்சிகளின்படியும், இந்தச் சதிக்கு டாஸ்மாக் மதுக்கூட உரிமையாளரே தூண்டுதலாக இருந்தார் என்று ராஜ்குமார் குற்றம் சாட்டியுள்ளார்.
மதுக்கடையை எதிர்த்தார் என்ற ஒரே காரணத்திற்காக, ஒரு நபர் மீது பொய் வழக்குப் புனைய, சட்டத்தை அமல்படுத்த வேண்டிய காவல் துறையோ அல்லது அதன் பெயரில் செயல்படும் நபர்களோ, சில சுயநலக் கும்பல்களுடன் கைகோர்த்துக் கொண்டு மிரட்டல் நடவடிக்கையில் ஈடுபட்டிருப்பது அதிர்ச்சியளிக்கிறது. போதைப்பொருளுக்கு எதிராகப் போராடுவதாகக் கூறும் அரசே, போதைப்பொருளைப் பயன்படுத்தி இத்தகைய சதிச் செயலில் ஈடுபடுமானால், அது மக்களின் பாதுகாவலராக இருக்க முடியாது என்பதோடு அது யாரைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த வேண்டுமோ, அவர்களுக்கே உதவும் ஒரு கருவியாகச் செயல்படுகிறது என்றே அர்த்தம்.
இந்தச் சம்பவத்தில் தொடர்புடைய அனைத்து அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் நபர்களை உடனடியாகப் பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்து, அவர்கள் மீது சுதந்திரமான விசாரணை நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும். சிசிடிவி காட்சிகளை தடயவியல் பரிசோதனைக்கு உட்படுத்தி, அதன் முடிவு வெளிப்படையாக அறிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். ஆதாரங்களைச் செயற்கையாக உருவாக்கியவர்கள் மற்றும் காவல் துறையின் அதிகாரத்தைத் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்தியவர்கள் மீது கடுமையான குற்றவியல் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். மேலும், இந்த அநீதிக்கு எதிராகக் குரல் கொடுத்த ராஜ்குமாருக்கும், அப்பகுதி மக்களுக்கு உரிய பாதுகாப்பு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

மாணிக்கம் தாகூர் @manickamtagore சொல்வது வெளிப்படையான பொய் பிரச்சாரம். மக்களை ஏமாற்றும் நோக்கத்துடன் தனக்கு சாதகமாக, இந்தியாவிற்கு பாதகமாக குறிப்பிட்ட தேர்ந்தெடுத்த தரவுகளை மட்டும் எடுத்து ‘இந்திய பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் சரிந்துவிட்டன’ என்று கூறுகிறார்.
2014-ல் மொத்தம் 17 இந்திய நிறுவனங்கள் மட்டுமே பட்டியலில் இருந்தன. இப்போது அந்த எண்ணிக்கை 300-க்கு மேல் உயர்ந்துள்ளது. இதை முழுமையாக மறைத்துவிட்டு, சில நிறுவனங்களின் இடங்கள் கீழே போயிருப்பதை மட்டும் பெரிதாக்கிக் காட்டுவது வெளிப்படையான ஏமாற்று வேலை. பல இந்திய நிறுவனங்களின் மதிப்பெண்கள் உயர்ந்துள்ளன என்று QS நிறுவனமே கூறியுள்ள நிலையில், இது ‘சரிவு’ அல்ல. இதை ‘பாஜக ஆட்சியில் சரிந்தது’ என்று சித்தரிப்பது முழுப் பொய்.
தேசிய அளவில் கல்வி ஒதுக்கீடு ஏறக்குறைய இரட்டிப்பாகியுள்ளது. 2014ல் கல்வி ஒதுக்கீட்டுக்கு 68,000 கோடி மட்டுமே ஒதுக்கியிருந்த நிலையில், தற்போது 2027ல் 1.39 லட்சம் கோடியாக உயர்ந்துள்ளது என்பது மாணிக்கம் தாகூருக்கு தெரியவில்லையா? கல்விக் கட்டமைப்பில் மூலதன செலவுகளை அதிகரித்ததால் தான் உயர்கல்வி சேர்க்கை 3.4 கோடியிலிருந்து 4.5 கோடியாக உயர்ந்துள்ளது. இவற்றையெல்லாம் மறைத்து, ஒரு தரவரிசையின் ஒரு பகுதியை மட்டும் எடுத்து மக்களைத் தவறாக வழிநடத்துவது பொறுப்பற்ற அரசியல்.
மேலும், QS தரவரிசையானது பட்டியல் சர்வேக்களை அதிகம் சார்ந்திருப்பது, வணிகரீதியான முரண்பாடுகளை கொண்டது என்பதோடு ஒரு சில நிறுவனங்களுக்கு அடிபணிந்து செல்வது, ஆங்கில வழிக் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களையே ஊக்குவிப்பது போன்ற பல்வேறு விமர்சனங்களுக்கும், குற்றச்சாட்டுகளுக்கும் ஆளாகியுள்ளதால் பல்வேறு நிறுவனங்கள் இந்த தரவரிசையை முறையானதாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை என்பதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இப்படிப்பட்ட தரவரிசையை வைத்து இந்தியாவின் ‘கல்வித் தரம் சரிந்துவிட்டது’ என்று கூறுவது அறியாமையோ அல்லது வேண்டுமென்றே மக்களை ஏமாற்றும் முயற்சியோ ஆகும்.
உண்மை என்னவென்றால், இந்திய உயர்கல்வி அமைப்பு அளவிலும், ஆற்றலிலும், கண்டுபிடிப்புகளிலும், ஆய்வுகளிலும் பெருமளவு வளர்ந்திருக்கிறது. சில முன்னணி நிறுவனங்களின் இடம் போட்டி அதிகரித்ததால் மாறியிருக்கலாம். இதை ‘சரிவு’ என்று பொய்யாகக் கூறுவது மக்களைத் தவறாக வழிநடத்தும் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் @INCIndia வழக்கமான அரசியல் மோசடி.

ஒன்றிய பாஜக அரசின் ‘விஸ்வகுரு’ வெற்று முழக்கங்களின் உண்மையான முகத்திரையைச் சர்வதேச QS Asia பல்கலைக்கழகத் தரவரிசை முற்றிலுமாகத் தோலுரித்துக் காட்டியுள்ளது. உலக அரங்கில் இந்தியக் கல்வித்துறை வரலாறு காணாத அளவில் முன்னேறி வருகிறது என்று பிரதமர் மோடியும் ஒன்றிய அமைச்சர் @JoshiPralhad பரப்பி வந்த கட்டற்ற பொய்ப் பிரச்சாரங்களை இந்த அதிகாரப்பூர்வ சர்வதேச அறிக்கை தகர்த்தெறிந்துள்ளது.
தொடர்ந்து இரண்டாவது ஆண்டாக ஆசியாவின் முதல் 50 இடங்களுக்குள் இந்தியாவின் ஒரு கல்வி நிறுவனம் கூட இடம்பெற முடியாமல் போனது நமது ஒட்டுமொத்த கல்வித்துறைக்கும், இந்நாட்டு மாணவர்களுக்கும் பாஜக அரசு ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ள மாபெரும் அவமானமாகும். இத்தரவரிசையில் பங்கேற்ற இந்திய உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் 71% நிறுவனங்கள் படுதோல்வியடைந்து பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன. நாட்டின் தலைசிறந்த பெருமைமிகு அடையாளங்களாக விளங்கி வந்த முதன்மை நிறுவனங்களின் தரத்தை பாஜகவின் தொலைநோக்கற்ற நிர்வாகக் குளறுபடிகள் அதலபாதாளத்திற்குத் தள்ளியுள்ளன.
முன்னணி நிறுவனமான ஐஐடி டெல்லி 59-வது இடத்திலிருந்து 66-வது இடத்திற்கும், ஐஐஎஸ்சி பெங்களூரு 64-வது இடத்திலிருந்து 79-வது இடத்திற்கும் மிகக் கடுமையான வீழ்ச்சியைச் சந்தித்துள்ளன. ஐஐடி பம்பாய் 83-வது இடத்திற்கும், ஐஐடி மெட்ராஸ் 85-வது இடத்திற்கும், ஐஐடி காரக்பூர் 90-வது இடத்திற்கும் சரிந்துள்ளன. ஐஐடி கான்பூர் 20 இடங்கள் சரிந்து 97-வது இடத்திற்குத் தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்தியாவின் முதன்மைப் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் ஒன்றான டெல்லி பல்கலைக்கழகம் 106-வது இடத்திற்குப் பின்தள்ளப்பட்டு முதல் 100 இடங்களிலிருந்தே முற்றிலுமாக வெளியேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த சரிவுக்கு ஒன்றிய பாஜக அரசின் பாராமுகமும் நிதி ஒதுக்கீட்டில் செய்த துரோகமுமே முதன்மைக் காரணமாகும். காங்கிரஸ் தலைமையிலான ஐக்கிய முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணி ஆட்சிக் காலத்தில் மொத்த ஒன்றிய செலவினத்தில் கல்வி அமைச்சகத்திற்கான நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு 4.6% ஆக இருந்தது. ஆனால், மோடி ஆட்சியின் பத்தாண்டுகளில் கல்விக்கான நிதிப் பங்கு தொடர்ந்து படிப்படியாகக் குறைக்கப்பட்டு, தற்போது வெறும் 2.5% என்ற மிக மோசமான வீழ்ச்சியைத் தொட்டுள்ளது. கல்விக்கான நிதிப் பங்கை கிட்டத்தட்ட பாதியாகக் குறைத்துவிட்டு, சர்வதேசத் தரம் வாய்ந்த கல்வியையும் ஆராய்ச்சியையும் எவ்வாறு உருவாக்க முடியும்? நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறையின் விளைவாக, சர்வதேச ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளின் தாக்கத்தில் முதல் 50 இடங்களுக்குள் வெறும் 3 இந்திய நிறுவனங்கள் மட்டுமே எஞ்சியுள்ளன; வெளிநாட்டுப் பேராசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்களை ஈர்ப்பதில் 85% பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் சரிந்து நிற்கின்றன.
முன்னாள் கல்வி அமைச்சர் @dpradhanbjp தொடங்கி, தற்போதைய கல்வி அமைச்சர் @JoshiPralhad வரை, பாஜக அமைச்சர்கள் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களின் தன்னாட்சியைப் பறித்து சித்தாந்தத் திணிப்பை மட்டுமே கொள்கையாகக் கொண்டு செயல்பட்டனர். தகுதிவாய்ந்த பேராசிரியர்களுக்குப் பதிலாக RSS சார்ந்த சித்தாந்த விசுவாசிகளை நிர்வாகப் பொறுப்புகளில் திணித்ததே இந்த ஒட்டுமொத்த கல்வித்துறை சீரழிவுக்கு நேரடிக் காரணம். ஆசிரியர் பற்றாக்குறையையோ, உள்கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் ஆய்வகப் பற்றாக்குறையையோ தீர்க்க எந்த ஆக்கப்பூர்வ நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்காமல், வெறும் விளம்பர அரசியலால் இந்திய மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பாழ்படுத்தியதற்கு ஒன்றிய பாஜக அரசும் பிரதமர் மோடியும் தலைகுனிய வேண்டும்.

மத்திய அரசு கடந்த 2023ம் ஆண்டு கொண்டு வந்த விஸ்வகர்மா - சுய தொழில் முனைவோர் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நாடு முழுவதும் இதுவரை 29,94,705 பேர் பயனைடைந்து உள்ளனர், அவர்களுக்கு தொழிற்பயிற்சியுடன் ஊக்கதொகை, கடன் உதவி தொகையாக ₹5,316 கோடியை வழங்கி இருக்கிறது மத்திய அரசு.
இந்த திட்டத்திற்காக 2026-27 நிதியாண்டில் மட்டும் ₹13,000 கோடியை ஒதுக்கி இருக்கிறது மத்திய அரசு.
கடந்த காலங்களில் அரசியல் காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சி காரணமாக திமுக அரசு இந்த திட்டத்தை தமிழ்நாட்டில் செயல்படுத்தாமல் இருந்து வந்தது, இருந்தாலும் திட்டம் அறிவித்த ஆறே மாதத்தில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் 8,53,395 பேர் இந்த திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பம் பதிவு செய்து இருந்தார்கள், அவர்களில் ஒருவருக்கு கூட இதுவரை இந்த திட்டத்தின் பயன் கிடைக்கவில்லை - காரணம் திமுக.
அதே சமயம் காங்கிரஸ் ஆட்சியில் இருக்கும் அண்டை மாநிலங்களில் பயனாளிகள் எண்ணிக்கை -
கர்நாடகா - 5,71,637 (இந்தியாவிலேயே அதிகம், ஒட்டுமொத்த பயனாளிகளில் சுமார் 20% கர்நாடகாவில் இருந்து மட்டும்)
தெலுங்கானா - 88,730 பேர்
கேரளா - 22,300 பேர்
ஆந்திராவில் 2,22,939 பேர்
ஆகவே, இனிமேலும் காலம் தாழ்த்தாமல் @TVKVijayHQ முதல்வர் தலையிட்டு இந்த திட்டத்தை தமிழ்நாட்டிலும் செயல்படுத்த அனுமதி அளிக்க வேண்டும்.

ED, Kochi has conducted search operations across 12 premises on 04.11.2026 in Kerala and Chennai under the PMLA, 2002 in connection with Bharath Lajhna Multi State Housing Co-operative Society Ltd (BLMSHCS) and founder R. Premkumar over the misappropriation and laundering of public funds to acquire personal and family assets. During the search, assets worth Rs. 103 Crore were seized/frozen.

Excellent order passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court on 04.11.2026 - to protect the extremely valuable lands of Sri Agastheeswarar Sri Prasana Venkatesa Perumal temple in Nungambakkam, in the centre of Chennai City (and just half a kilometer from the headquarters of @tnhrcedept)
The total properties of the temple is said to be worth Rs.5000/- Crores and they have been under encroachment for decades with the useless @tnhrcedept doing nothing to recover/protect them.
However - the @tnhrcedept shamelessly used the proximity of the temple and its funds to:
a. buy news papers, magazines for every section in the Department headquarters (they have more than 20 sections) (about Rs. 1.20 to 1.5 lakhs per annum)
b. frequently order meals, tiffin, water cans, etc. for the Department
c. Photocopying expenses, A4, Legal size paper supply to the Department's legal wing
d. Mosquito bats, dinner plates, plastic wares, etc. for the department
and so on
Instead of ensuring that the properties of this temple were never encroached or alienated and instead of making sure the due annual income of not less Rs. 60.00 crores is always realized for this temple -
the shameless officials of the @tnhrcedept looted this impoverished temple.... again and again!
