REFERENDUM? WHAT REFERENDUM? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!
The best person for the job should get the job. Period.
Today we tabled legislation that would ensure hiring and promotion decisions in the public sector are based on merit, not DEI policies. Mandatory workplace training will be relevant to the roles and responsibilities of the employee, instead of mandatory DEI sessions.
Every Albertan deserves a fair shot, and fairness means everyone competes on the same terms.

This level of ignorance deserves its own level.
Wow.
🚨 JUST NOW: President Trump congratulates both British Columbia Conservative leader Lorne Doerkson and Quebec's Paul St-Pierre Plamondon after MASSIVE provincial election wins dealt a crushing DOUBLE BLOW to Canadian PM Mark Carney and the Left
INCREDIBLE!
"Congratulations to Lorne Doerkson on his Big Victory. Conservatives are moving strong in Canada! President"
"Congratulations to Paul St-Pierre Plamondon on his WIN!"
In British Columbia, left-wing NDP Premier David Eby called a snap election and just got ousted by Conservatives
While Parti Quebecois leader St-Pierre Plamondon swept Quebec earlier this month in a major rebuke to the Liberals

Flags first, DEI next. All the moves you make to reassure your base that you are still the one to dance with after leaving them at the door on the independence referendum.

As a former prosecutor, I agree with the saying that any prosecutor “can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.”
So when the grand jury refused to indict Cassidy Hutchinson, that means there was no real evidence. Another huge embarrassment for the corrupt @AGToddBlanche.
Breaking news: A grand jury rejected the DOJ’s attempt to indict former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson for the account she gave lawmakers of President Trump’s actions during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, according to people familiar with the matter. wapo.st/4jFAkbz

Where's your proof of politicized judges? What standard is an elected official held to, especially since your government removed all accountability for caucus. Quit while you're behind and go back to the gravel pit.

Which activist judges in particular?
Why do they need to depoliticize?
Personally, I think we should raise the standard to which we hold elected officials accountable, especially provincial ones - I don't think the current bar is sufficient for our sitting MLAs.
Your thoughts?

The certainly didn't end DEI programs for citizens initiatives! Lower the signature threshold, extend the deadline ... whatever it takes! And then, when the court strikes down the question, just make one out of thin air!

#abpoli McIver is a petty, pathetic waste of a pair of pants. Cost Calgary taxpayers tens of millions delaying the Green Line as a personal vendetta for losing to Nenshi in Calgary Mayoral race. (classic example why province shouldn’t have power over cities) #yyc #abpoli #yyccc

DEI is not about hiring someone unqualified (unlike politics), it’s about ensuring that qualified job candidates, regardless of sex, race, age, disability, sexuality, etc have an equal shot given these groups are historically underrepresented when they *aren’t* considered.

Cassidy Hutchinson showed tremendous courage when she testified about January 6. Trump has spent years trying to punish her for telling the truth.

Government claims it fired the AHS CEO for not executing its "vision". But she says she was pressured to drop her probe into contracting.
Now the RCMP and Ontario prosecutors are looking at the procurement she was investigating. Possible fraud, breach of trust, and money laundering.
Out-of-province prosecutors are brought in when a case is politically sensitive and a conflict of interest may arise.

Dear @RajanJSaw,
Just saw you on my TV. If the premier wanted to attend both the First Ministers/AFN meeting, there was nothing stopping her. These are daily flights, either of which would have got her back in plenty of time for Question Period. #ABPoli #ABLeg
